Our Commitment to Privacy
FreightMaths is built for logistics professionals, not advertisers. We don't sell your data. We don't track you across the web. Most of our calculators work without collecting any personal information at all.
Information We Collect
Calculator Usage
All calculators run entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. The numbers you enter never leave your device. We don't store, log, or transmit your calculation inputs or results.
Email Newsletter (Optional)
If you choose to subscribe to new calculator notifications, we collect only your email address. We use this solely to send calculator updates and will never share it with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
Contact Form
When you contact us through our contact page, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with anyone.
Cookies
FreightMaths does not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. If we implement any essential cookies in the future (such as remembering a unit preference), they will be strictly functional and will not track your browsing activity.
Third-Party Services
We may use privacy-focused, cookie-less analytics (such as Plausible Analytics) to understand overall site traffic patterns. These services do not collect personal data, do not use cookies, and are fully GDPR-compliant.
We use Google Fonts to load typefaces. Google may log standard server request data when fonts are loaded, but does not use this for advertising or tracking purposes.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes. Period.
Data Retention
Email newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months to handle follow-up inquiries, then deleted.

- Request deletion of your data (email subscription, contact history)
- Unsubscribe from any communications at any time
